1. About us

This website is operated by Smart Tech Store Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you a dispatch confirmation email. A contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch your goods.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We take care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error we will contact you before processing your order.

4. Payment

We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Klarna. When you choose Klarna, your agreement for credit is between you and Klarna and is subject to Klarna’s own terms. Smart Tech Store Ltd acts as a credit broker and not a lender.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns & cancellations

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by the warranty described on our Warranty page, in addition to your statutory rights.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
