Once received, we refund your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
What can I return?
Any item in its original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included. For hygiene reasons, opened earphones and personal grooming products can only be returned if faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives faulty or develops a fault within its warranty period, we’ll repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Just get in touch and we’ll sort it quickly.
Refunds & Klarna orders
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid with Klarna, we notify Klarna of your return and your payment plan is automatically updated or cancelled — so you’re never charged for something you’ve sent back.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show the funds.
